I have just sat and read through two chapters of
the book. I have been on HRT for several years
now and have been unable to achieve full relief
of the hot flushes. I didn't want to increase
the dosage and had been trying natural
progesterone cream (much to the consternation of
my doctor). I was feeling rather confused about
